Hotel to Feature New Sign and Brand Standards

Kingston, ON – The new Holiday Inn sign introduced in 2007 is making its way around the world. And today, the Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront announces this green beacon of hospitality will light the way for visitors to Kingston.

   Well it sure has been a long time coming but here it is, the Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront’s venture into the Blogging world.  We now look to grow our popularity by keeping YOU in the know of our wheelings and dealings. The purpose of our blog is to keep a current updated version of our website as well as have communication back and forth with our visitors. We look forward to hearing all of your coments and suggestions, so keep checking back to see what people are saying about us.   We are currently undergoing some minor improvements to get our property ready for our brand Re-Launch (see Re-Launch Category). We have just installed a brand new version of our Staff Room, complete with a big screen TV, courtesy of our old Lounge (The Slip). Our lobby will be getting a face lift of new carpet, tile and  furniture, not to mention the mandatory brand standard Re-Launch items such as our signature scent machine, floor mats, door graphics and wall mounted signage. Our Exterior will be sporting a brand new logo on the roof late February or early March which comes with a fantastic new fluorescent green up-lighting package. Our will be undergoing a fresh coat of paint and new carpet.  The sixth floor business centre will be moving downstairs into the Holidome area. The Roof Garden meeting space will be revamped with new carpet and vinyl. All of our lighting throughout the hallways will be updated to meet brand standards. Finally all of our public washrooms will be receiving new tile, paint and counter tops.

    We have a lot of work to be done to get ready for our Re-Launch in the spring, not to worry though folks the impact on guest satisfaction will be minimal to non-existent, so feel free to stop by in the next couple of months and see our progression. We are super excited to have a fresh new look to go along with our internal bedroom renovations and our brand new Restaurant and Lounge-The Dox.
