• We wanted to thank you for all of your efforts and hard work to make our wedding reception an absolutely fabulous evening. The room set-up was perfect, the food was excellent, and the staff did a phenomenal job. And of course, thank you for all of your help leading up to the big day. It definitely alleviated a lot of stress!!

  Now that the festivities of the past weekend are over and The Princess Royal is safely back in the United Kingdom, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the excellent service and hospitality provided throughout the whole period. I would especially like to recognize the efforts of Lisa Knapp and James Golden.
  
  I know how much Lisa put of herself into ensuring everything went smoothly. Her pleasant personality and attention to detail made my planning so much easier. James should be congratulated on the organization for the dinner and his quick reaction when we had to finish earlier than anticipated. The meal was excellent – kudos to the chef and his staff; and the waiters and the waitresses did a fine job. All of the little details were taken care of throughout the weekend and this was due to the conscientiousness of all your staff. You have a hotel and staff to be proud of.
  
  Thanks for making the stay so pleasurable, not only for the Princess Royal and her staff, but also for Brigadier-General Banks and his wife, and Norma and myself.

  On behalf of the Canadian Forces Communications and Electronics Branch, I would like to extend sincere thanks to you and your entire staff for the superb services provided to us during our Centennial Celebration Weekend. Without a doubt, our decision to choose the Holiday Inn was indeed a wise one.
  
  Unquestionably a Royal visit can be somewhat of an unnerving event. I must say however, your organization carried it off in a very professional manner. The dining facilities, cleanliness of rooms and the overall hospitality were outstanding.
  
  I would like to make particular mention of Lisa Knapp whose personal attention to detail made our job much easier. She was polite, courteous and a delight to have around.
