We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions from guests of our hotel. Hopefully you will find this information useful. If you have a question that is not on the list, please feel free to contact the hotel, it would be our pleasure to assist you.
1. Q: What are the hours of the fitness centre?
A: The fitness centre is open daily at 6am and closes at 10pm.
2. Q: What time is check in/out?
A: Check in time is 3PM. Check out time is 11AM.
3. Q: Does your hotel allow Pets?
A: Yes, pets are allowed on the first floor rooms of the hotel. Please review our Pet Policy page for details on bringing your pet.
4. Q: Can I request an early check-in/late check out?
A: Due to the variables involved when requesting an early check-in, we cannot guarantee such a request, however we will make every effort within our control to accommodate. Late check outs can be granted to Priority Club members as late as 2PM without charge, depending on availability for that night.
5. Q: What are the hours of the restaurant?
A: The Roof Garden Dining Room is open Monday to Saturday from 6:30am to 10:30am for breakfast and from 5:30pm to 10:00 pm for dinner. Sundays, the restaurant opens from 7:00am to 10:30am for breakfast, 11am to 2:30pm for Brunch and from 5:00pm to 9:00pm for dinner.

6. Q: Where is the restaurant located?
A: The restaurant is located on the 6th floor of the hotel.
7. Q: Where are the pool and fitness centre located?
A: The pool and fitness centre are on the main level, down the adjacent hall to the front desk.
9. Q: Do you have dry cleaning services?
A: Yes, we have same-day dry cleaning services Monday to Friday.
